EPS International Electrical Services LLC (“EPS”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us through it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

EPS is an electrical services and EPC contractor headquartered in Abu Dhabi. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered office is: EPS International Electrical Services LLC, 202 Al Saada Tower, Saeed Bin Saif Al Falahi Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Career applications: your name, email address, phone number, the position you are interested in, your message and the CV or other documents you upload.
• Any other information you choose to send us by email or phone.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, recorded in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• A small cookie that remembers your language choice (English or Arabic). See section 10.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include information such as health, religious or financial details in your messages or CV unless it is necessary.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and to provide quotations, proposals or information about our services.
• To assess your application for employment or deployment, and to contact you about current or future opportunities.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data because you have asked us to (for example, by sending an enquiry or an application), because it is necessary to take steps towards a contract with you, because we are legally required to, or because it is in our legitimate interest to run and protect our business. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We only share personal data where needed, and only with:

• EPS staff who need it to respond to you or to handle recruitment.
• Trusted service providers who host this website, store our data and deliver our email, under contracts that require them to protect it.
• Clients or project partners, where you apply for a role on a specific project and it is necessary to put you forward — and only with your knowledge.
• Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where the law requires it.

6. Where your data is stored

Website data, including form submissions and uploaded CVs, is stored with our hosting provider in data centres located in the United Arab Emirates. If we ever need to transfer personal data outside the UAE, we will do so only as permitted by UAE law and with appropriate safeguards in place.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship results.
• CVs and applications: up to 24 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Where the law requires us to keep records for longer, we will keep them for the required period.

8. How we protect it

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to authorised staff, and secure, private storage for uploaded files. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data, or to restrict or stop processing it.
• Withdraw consent you have given us.
• Complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe your data has been mishandled.

10. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are needed for it to work. A “locale” cookie remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, for up to one year. Staff who sign in to manage the website also receive a login cookie. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but it may not remember your language.

11. Links to other websites

This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data — please read their privacy policies.

12. Children

This website is intended for businesses and job seekers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
